26 July Coffee Taste Tests Expo

R250 per stall, it includes the following:

• 1 Table

• Electricity

• In exchange, you'll sponsor 5 cups of coffee for the taste testing (we've calculated that this will provide enough shots for all taste testers)

• Each taste tester will receive one shot-size coffee from each competing local cafe

Prizes

2 prizes to be won:

• Local Taste Test: voted by visitors

• Expert Taste Test: judged by a panel of coffee experts

This form is for anyone who wants to apply to be a cafe/barista at the Local Coffee Taste Test Event Day

Sales Opportunities

On the day of the expo, you're welcome to sell:

• Coffee

• Coffee-related products (beans, syrups, etc.)

• 3 approved food items (must be approved by Villa Avianto to ensure variety)

• Make sure to bring your own equipment and stock!

Event Schedule

- 9:00 AM - Expo opens

- 10:30 AM - Barista demo and mini competition for local baristas

- 11:30 AM - Expert taste test takes place and local voting closes

- 12:00 PM - Winners announced

- 14:00 PM - Expo closes
