Booking and Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Event Details: The client is responsible for providing all event details, including guest numbers, catering requirements, and audio-visual equipment needs.

Damage and Liability: The client is liable for any damage caused to the venue, its fixtures, or equipment during the event.

Catering and Beverages: All catering and beverages must be provided by our approved staff or sup

Audio-Visual Equipment: The client is responsible for ensuring that all audio-visual equipment is used in a safe and responsible manner.

Noise Restrictions: The client must comply with all noise restrictions and regulations applicable to the venue.

Event Timing: The client must adhere to the agreed-upon event timing, including setup, event duration, and breakdown.

Overtime Fee: An overtime fee of R500 per hour will be charged for every hour the client stays beyond the agreed-upon event end time.

Venue Rules and Regulations: The client must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including those related to safety, security, and emergency procedures.
